Default First Land Rover

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a 1996 Land Rover Discovery with a 4.0L engine. When I got this Land Rover the engine had been removed and it was not running.

After I rebuilt the engine and got it re-installed I found one vacuum line without a place to go. I was able to get the engine running and starting fine but I have a large vacuum leak.

The missing line come off a T on the passenger side valve cover. One side of the T goes to the intake and I cannot locate where the other side of the T goes.

I have gone through my Haynes manual many times. I have googled it many times and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will attach a photo of the T.

Hey Joey, welcome to the club!

First things first...your get more eyes on your post in the Discovery 1 section.

Next, you'll find all the official manuals in the google drive link in my signature.

Finally, it sounds as though you are describing the PCV to plenum hose. That generally does not have a T in it.
