Default Fuse Box

I have a 2008 land rover LR3 and my rear windows not working. I take it to the dealer and they said I need fuse box YQE500420SW and the cost is $1,200.00? I think my question is the front windows are working and I think the fuse box house all fuses? I'm not very good at this but I think it has to be other way to fix the problem without spend that kind of $$? I looked on line for the part and I can get it from different places between $450 & $550 but the problem is get it install

The "fuse box" is also the Body Control Module(BCM).

there is a relay imbedded in the BCM that has failed.

You cannot install a used one in the vehicle, it has to be new and be coded/synced to your vehicle with a specialized computer.
