Can anyone tell me how often shhould i change my gear oil and what type do i use . I have a 2003 disco.thank you Caleb

 

It is all spelled out in your owners manual.
Normal use is every 30,000 for the diffs and t/case, more frequently if you wheel hard and do alot of water crossings.
Something in a 90W synthetic is what Rover recommends
