Driving down the road, without warning, all the instruments go flat except for the dash lights. No other systems are effected. First thought, fuse #14. Got home pulled it, not blown. Reinstalled and put the meter across it and 152 ohms. .04 ohms on the input side of the fuse to ground 152ohms from the output side to ground.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
