Talking Heated seats?

So I was looking on AB the other day and came accrost a heated seats activation kit. Aparently some LR's have heated seats but no switches because it wasent "officaly" an option? I have a 00 disco with leather seats and got looking into this and I have the plugs in the console but no switches, so I ordered the kit and we'll see how it goes..so I guess my question, is there anything else this simple I may be missing out on?
Thanks

I saw those when I was browsing at Atlantic British. I wonder if they would work on my 03 disco as well.

They will work on any D2 with leather seats, just plug and play.

I have an 04 that I just bought and I would like to try this. Is there a guide to be found somewhere?

you don't need a guide if you buy the kit from AB it has directions. like 3 steps. remove panel, plug switch into wiring harness, replace panel.

no it won't work. only the leather seats come with the heating elements pre-installed.
