Help finding the VSS rebuild document

Default Help finding the VSS rebuild document
It appears my VSS is on the fritz. It is reported there is a document about rebuilding these under the "tech section" but I cannot find it. Anyone point me to the file? Thanks.

go to the D1 section and look for the sticky 'tech' section...
