My car smells like ***! Help! Usually I'll get this smell when it rains. But today it happened when I turned on the ac for the first time this year. Can someone help? I know next to nothing about cars. So dumb it down for me, please.

Did you change the cabin filter?

 

I got it changed today.. And I smelled again as soon as I turned it on.

 

If it happens after rain, then you almost definitely have water ingress somewhere. After you find the leak and fix it, do an ozone treatment or 2 to eliminate the smell...
