Default Help needed please/

Hello,my old man has just bought, what i believe to be a series 2 short wheelbase diesel. It sat on an ex army blokes drive for 15yrs,but was apparently well maintained before that.It runs, but i would like to know what you think should be done with it prior to driving it.The clutch has no feel,so that needs a fluid change i reckon, the brakes would need similar treatment, engine oil flush & change + filter.Any other advice would be appreciated.
The old man got it as a project for him and his made to restore. So what do you reckon it is worth, all running and MOT'd,as apposed to a near concours rebuild. Thanks. Mick.

Not sure, but you'll find plenty of opinion over at defendersource.com .

5481718 88291-Z01 JU88. It appears to have been made in Germany, going by the plate that the numbers are on ?
