P0130 p0150.. has correct new o2s.. both s1 o2s signal is 0.00v. Wont change with brake clean into intake. Both s2 o2s at .9v steady. Key on engine off both s1 o2s at .450v. Drops to 0.00v after one minute. No change with both s2 o2s unplugged. I believe car is running rich ( smells rich). Also post (s2) indicating rich. any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
