Hello! I have two rovers, a sport and a velar. I have both of them on the app. Both subscriptions are active, but only the sport can use all the features. The velar can not start through the app, but the doors can lock and unlock. Does anyone here have any idea why? When I contacted the dealership, they told me they didn't know that if the lock features were working, then the remote start should also be working, and they couldn't fix the issue. I am at a loss here. The start feature times out every single time; there was a time it did work. Is it a setting I am not aware of? Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
