InControl Remote App issue
Hello, i have a 2018 Range Rover Sport, I activated the InControl Remote app when the vehicle was purchased. Just recently had an issue with my phone and had to restart it. Had to re-log into the app upon opening it again and forgot my password. I reset the password but upon logging into the app, I received a message stating that their are no vehicles associated with my email address. However, it recognized my email as an active account. Any idea how to resolve this issue? I have searched on the internet to no avail.

Greetings. Not sure if you solved the issue since. However, if you did not, have you tried adding the vehicle again ? I know that the app had a major update not too long ago. If all fails, you may need to contact JLR and open a ticket. A long and painful process, kinda like a root canal job....
