Default how do i go about....HELP ME!!!

i own a 2006 LR3 and need to replace/repair my leaking windsheild wash resevoir. i took off my wheel well trim and well cover to get a look @ it and only could see 1 bolt holding it. that being removed did not let it loose. i can't find any other visible bolt or snaps and i can only think of removing the bumper to get @ it from the other side and i really don't wanna do that. I NEED HELP!

yeah i would take the bumper off but two of the main snap clips on either side were hot pliered and i'll need to break them in order to get the bumper off. thats why i was asking if there was an alternative that i didn't think of. thanks for your help and i guess i'll have to bite the bullet and take it in.
