99 Disco, climate ecu just stopped working. I have the fuse box patch,and power is going from fuse box to the brown/red wire at blower relay. also brown red wire on back of ecu has power with key on. I changed relays, nothing.

I do not have power at blower FROM relay, so believe something is not engaging the relay? that would be ecu signal from climate control right?

or is there a ground? the green? where does it go to body at?
