I am going to to talk to my local transmission shop next week. The tests that I run were 1) Check for open wire from TCM connector OK. 2) Applied external voltage at TCM connector to solenoid with car in drive at idle. Engine rpm dropped but did not stall. If LU is working properly, the engine should probably stall. 3) Monitor the voltage to the LU solenoid from the TCM connector. Drops from 13.5 to .3 volts when the real time output for the M3 valve goes form (open) to (opening). 4) Run tests with a different TCM. 5) Error for P0741 is Lock-up clutch monitoring.
