lr3 ride control problem

lr3 ride control problem
My LR is saying only normal mode is availible. Any ideas? I have heard something that sounds a compressor running. Last time I had a problem it locked me in low mode. This time locks in normal mode. Not as bad I guess. Last time was a short in the steering column. Also won't let me select a terrain program
