Haven't received any replies on another forum, so trying here as well - using the BritishAmerica youtube vid as guide I installed the VPLAT0013ABP on my 13 LR4 today, but wound up with this 'extra' connector behind the taillight, and when I tested the hookup on a trailer whose owner said the lighting works, got nothing on the trailer. There's no other un-mated connector on either end of the harness or from the vehicle. Connector in question is the leftmost/6pin.
