An issue I'm worrying about on my LT77 is the 2nd gear crunches/sticks a bit while engaging from 1st to 2nd, Sometimes it shifts smoothly and sometimes doesn't but when you engage it slowly (from 1st to 2nd) it shifts smoothly with no crunches at all is this normal? Recently I have changed Gearbox oil and Transfer box oil with no difference at all. Shall I get used to it or its something major?

 

Probably the synchronizer going out.

 

That would be my guess too.

Another possibility might be clutch hydraulics, or maybe even the clutch fork starting to fail. If you pump the clutch pedal a couple of times, does it get easier to shift?

Does it get better after you drive it for a few miles?
