Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a map update from Landrover.here.com and I was then prompted to first download the map downloader before I was able to access the maps on my machine. However I keep getting the error below when I try running the app. I've tried it on multiple machines (Windows, and Mac) and get the exact same error each time. Land Rover South Africa has been less than helpful in the matter; I was referred back to the dealer service departments who weren't able to assist either. Does anyone here have any suggestions to getting around this?

PS: The app installs successfully, but when I run the app this is all that happens.


Map Downloader Error

 

In case anyone else is having this issue: the popup in my screenshot was not an error; merely an instruction. All I had to do was go back to the website and select download map once the application was open.
