I just picked up an 04 westminster range rover and their is this mysterious button that nobody knows what it does, its not in the manual and no anwsers on the web.....its right below the DSC button on the lower left dash right above the key ignition. Its small and you can turn it right or left and when you do a yellow or red light lights up next to the button and there is an interesting sound and about 3-4 small red lights around the center dash vents lights up and stay lite?? Can anyone tell me what this all means???

need a picture. Any change in noises/rpm/lighting when you use the switch? Did you used to have any accesories from prior owners that were removed?
