Since you're already most of the way there, I would recommend verifying that all of the injector o-rings are properly seated. An unplugged coil pack is going to cause misfiring but it shouldn't account for large amounts of fuel in the oil given the apparently short amount of time you have run the engine. Each injector only squirts a tiny amount of fuel each cycle.

I am glad you are pitching in, mollusc, because I hate being the only voice in a thread. He didn't want to have to use up his plenum gasket. On that note, I have re used mine when it did not get dented on removal, after spraying it with copper coat gasket spray. I had no issues with the re used gasket, but I don't recommend it. I just had an emergency situation and no extra. Found at regular auto parts stores.

My one stuck injector turned fresh Rotella into dirty gasoline in less than 3 minutes run time (during break in, of all times).

A stuck injector is probably going to pour in more gas than one that's operating normally. That said, I can't actually quantify how much more.
I have also re-used an upper plenum gasket after spraying with copper coat. If there has been minimal heat applied to it then it should be possible to get it off intact.

Thanks guys, I will tare it down and check the injectors also drain the oil and toss the filter and pull the spark plugs and let it dry out for a day. I will also shop vac the gas through the spark plug ports so I can have a fresh start. When I do get her running I will then drain the oil again and toss the filter again because I have a large oil cooler I want to make sure everything is out. I will post my findings and let you guys know how much gas you as in the oil.

What is copper coat? The upper plentum gasket is metal with crush rings built in.

Copper gasket spray. Permatex is the most common brand. Find it at any auto parts store; use it on every gasket.

To add,

you can test each injector for function by rigging up carb cleaner and a 12 volt battery. Search you tube for clean/test fuel injectors. Also AlexM did a write up on it here on the forum.
