I am going to replace both and the fuel pump. Wish me luck

Take some pictures of it as you go.

You do not even want to know what I did on my 97 to gain access to the starter, but it was much simpler than the fiasco described in the RAVE for removing the mounting bolts.

It involves removing the front passenger's wheel and working in the wheel well area. A slight mod to that inner fender wall with a pair of aviation tin snips and you aree looking directly at the starter mounting hardware. When you finish, just fold the fender back into place. No broken anything.
