Default Nissens and International Radiators

I ordered on line a Nissens radiator for another vehicle (they do make them for Discos), the very common Mercedes W124 chassis. It came in a plain box, with Nissens label. But inside the unit was stickered "International Radiators". I posed a question about this to Nissens, and here is the response:

Dear Mr.

What AutoHausAZ supplied you was supplied by Nissens. Due to a production capacity
issue with this part number we did utilize an outsource. This is not very common but
can occur in the event of production or tooling issues. When we do outsource we go
to great lengths to test the product for fit, function and durability. At the same
time we stand behind the product with our standard warranty. We apologize for any
misunderstanding or inconvenience.

So I got a unit built for Nissens, but just not by Nissens. Does it fit? Yes. Does it work? So far. Does it look a finished as some others? Nope. I guess those of us keeping old iron on the highway should be happy that anyone will make parts for us. And the older vehicles get, the fewer choices. I don't mind buying aftermarket, but I like to know what I'm getting.
