Default no brake lights

I have running lights when I turn on the head lights but never have brake lights. I replaced the bulbs, the fuse and the brake switch. I tested with a voltmeter and im not getting any power to any parts I tested.

What else can I do to fix this?

so, that probably makes it easier to repair, as far as accessibility. chase that to f25 fuse. hot there?

11.86, I replaced the fuse, that was the first thing I did. maybe I replaced a bad fuse with another faulty fuse?
