Hi all,

I have a 03 Disco SE7 it has the cursed Buick engine. Basically my question is...
There is an oil leak coming from either side of the engine. It is right where the engine mounts are. the same on both sides. I cannot see from above or below what is leaking and was wondering if anyone had some more information? Is this a common problem? and where or what is leaking exactly?
Any help would be appreciated.

 

Oil on the block is usually leaky valve cover gaskets or if its low down then sump gasket.

 

Using bright light and a mirror? Unless your engine is already clean helps to clean first.

How many drops per minute? Leaving spots or puddles where you park? Notice a drop on dipstick?
