OverHeat? no coolant leak?

Default OverHeat? no coolant leak?

Okay, so i was driving my p38 range rover, it overheated i pulled over imediatly, and my coolant was empty, steam was coming out of the coolant resevoir, and it was wet around it, no hoses apear to be bad... why?! i need help... anyone know whats goin on or how to fix it? i added more coolant but didn't top it off and it started to overheat.

Well seems to me your coolant reservoir hoses are broken,need replaced , also check your head gaskets, thermostat, and make sure you also check for oil leaks and generator. But before anything Do a coolant pressure test and please take it to a certified range rover mechanic. Could be an expensive fixed, Good luck
