Default p38 Wipers

so from what i understand the wipers failing on low/intermit is a common problem on the P38. There is a lot of information out there about common causes... well this one didnt fall into any of those categories.

This range rover had a history of overheating and spewing coolant out the overflow... the overflow is FAR too close to the relay box IMO. and heres why.

coolant gets into the box and corodes the contacts between the lower and upper boards weakening them.

road vibration or off road jostling eventuall split the contacts between the boards.

^^^ this condition can cause far greater problems than the wipers and was on the verge of doing so on this vehicle as well.

the solution... some .4 solder, heat sync, RS cooling spray, and RS electronics contact cleaner (not the crap from the parts store...)

wipers work great now and board is solid as brand new
