Not much to go on, so here is a shot gun answer.

Plugs and wires need to be new, not what came with the truck.

IACV - clean with carb cleaner.

MAF - clean only when stone cold and key has not been in the ignition for 8 hours with made for MAF spray.

Any coolant loss?

Any codes on your scanner or Ultra Gauge or a stop by the parts store for a free code read?

Air filter clean?

How mechanical are you, how many miles on the Disco, when was it last tuned along with new 8 mm silicone wires and do you have any fault codes?

If u cant c da leek go 2 partz store and rent coolant pressure tester, pump up to 15 PSI. Make sure you keep coolant filled up, overheating is real easy to happen, even if gauge is still at 50%. Your running rough is likely the first stage of head gasket leak, coolant into cylinders, now the driveway.
