Unhappy Please Help If you Can :)

I am a first time Land Rover owner, and I am very excited. Unfortunatly my excitement was interupted by several lights that started coming on on my dash. (2001 Land Rover Discovery II SE)

Check engine light came on and when I ran codes it say:

po171 and po174... System to lean bank 1 & 2.

P 1175- DTC definitions not found! Please refer to owners manual.

p1172- ox sen too rich

Gear ratio error gear 3

Gear ratio error gear 4

Also, every once and a while 3 lights all come on at the same time, but eventually go off: traction control, abs brake, and hill decent.

My vehicle runs fine except when it's at idle and it sounds like it is running rich and a slight miss. The transmission doesn't jerk or miss a beat. If anyone can please tell me where I should start to try to fix my problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what you need to do, use the search function on the forum, there are tons of info on the "3 Amigos".
Second, you need a tune up and maybe a MAF sensor.
If you go to the DII section you will find all the help you could ever want.

I am ordering a MAF sensor now, and I am going to start there. Thank you so much for the help, I am very grateful.

Hope you ordered it from British Parts of Utah. If no hope you did not order a after market or generic MAF cause they usually will not work.

If it's a bosch MAF sensor with the same part number, it shouldn't really matter where I order it from... Correct?

If it is OEM, then it doesn't matter where it comes from. If it is aftermarket, then you could have problems.
