Default plugs and wires

Replaced the plugs and wires on my 2000 Disco II today. Not sure if it was worse than an older ford exploder that I did for a friend but it was close. Anyway I think I may of crossed two lines on the drivers side, It was still running real rough after I got done. I tried to do the wires one at a time but when I was using the bent screwdriver trick (that I learned here and worked pretty good) I accidentally popped off two wires at one time. Not being able to see what was what i just put those two wires where i thought they should be.

I don't know the #'s for the cylinders but they were the two closest to the firewall on the drivers side of the vehicle. When I fired it up it wanted to idle a little higher than it did before, while driving the "THREE AMIGOS" came on (did before) the check engine soon light, came on and stayed on, as well as the greem "M" and "S" in addition to that the "D" for drive blinked during the test drive. not sure what the hel I did but I was hoping you guys had some thoughts.

Thanks in advance,

J

Might want to post in the Discovery section, maybe even read the procedure for replacing the wires. If you still have a problem, send me your tele number and I'll call you tomorrow.
