the only special tools: the socket for the valve cover bolts (8mm ??? 12 point), 24 inch breaker bar, 1/2" x 4 inch ext. and a 5/8" 6 point impact socket and 36mm fan wrench.
But even if you didn't own a single tool, you can buy everything needed from Harbor Freight for under $100.00. It's all about the time and effort that get's put into it, by you or someone your paying.

Get on there. You can find someone local. But as stated, if you are mechanically inclined, you can do it.
