Default Power Steering Leak

I have power steering liquid leaking from the PS box, see pic. It leaks around the blue circle I made. Try loosening this nut, but it was really hard, so I left it alone not to cause any more damage. Last week the high pressure hose was replaced. Just got some Lucas PS stop leak... anything suggestions?

After lots of reading, here is what might be solutions:
The leak is coming out of the Output shaft adjuster lock nut and seal... from various posts it seem that I can -
1. put white shepherd stop lead or
2. open the steering box and create my own paper gasket.

if anyone has perform step 2, please reply with tips..
