Lightbulb Power Window Failure

Hello All!! I absolutely love my new '97 Land Rover Discovery!! There's only a few problems though. None of the windows work, but when I try the passenger side door I can hear the motor running. Not really sure what that is telling me. I'm not a mechanic, and I got this vehicle in the hopes that it could be a project car for me, so I'm really pumped to work on it! Any clues on what might be the issue here? Fuses look good, and even if it was that, why would one of the motors still work? Thanks for your help!

if the gear is stripped on the regulator , you will not get the glass to move , but the motor will run , it has nothing to do with fuses, its mechanical most likely .. attached is what the regulator looks like

Disco 1 are pretty good about the windows not working because of the window ECU having circuit problems, but then you won't hear the motor running fir the window when you press the button. sounds like you may have a regulator problem, or the end of the motor is damaged. Time to take the door panel off and see what is happening. The other doors could be inside the ECU. Actually an easy fix once you get to the part. The hardest part is talking yourself into doing it!
