Default Radio/Bluetooth/reverse sensors

Hi,
im looking for some help

my 2012 discovery 4,
radio won’t turn on. Bluetooth won’t work.
reverse sensors won’t make noise.

could this be the audio module?

any help appreciated please.

For any electrically controlled item issue (and pretty much everything is electrically controlled) the first thing to do is check the battery's condition. This is especially true when multiple issues appear simultaneously. With the engine off, if the battery is showing less than 12.5 volts, charge the battery. (The vehicle starting normally does not rule out the battery, nor does the lack of a battery warning in the instrument panel).
I have had a number of weird malfunctions related to a weakening, but still working, battery.

It could very likely be the audio module, as it controls the radio, Bluetooth, and reverse sensors. Check the fuses first to rule out an easy fix. If they’re fine, the module might need repair or replacement. A diagnostic scan could confirm the issue before spending on parts.
