Radio power issue

The Alpine XQD101390LNF head unit: Discovery II

The radios keys do not function. The unit powers up but nothing, including the volume works. All inside fuses are good. I have'nt checked outside one yet. Cd player doesnt seem to power up either? Any thoughts or is radio dead ?

Would be a good idea to go thru the RAVE tech manuals - circuit drawings, which might reveal other fuses you have not thought of yet. Link tio free copy below if you have not already downloaded. If you just want the D2 stuff, it is in file pdf/LT
