Default Refreshed engine. New error codes! Help?

2003 4.6 with sai. 79k miles. New headgaskets (bought vehicle with bad gaskets/was smoking terribly) now that its back together seems to be a lot of white smoke as my biggest concern along with not moving up to operating temp (needle stays down in cool) wonderint if exhaust is full of coolant or moisture from past? How long should i give it to "clear it out" and any other time saving advice on these codes are much appreciated! Not too worried about misfire yet there are all new wires and plugs

Did you do the heads or have someone do them for you?
$10 bucks says that you have unplugged or broken senders.

(Specifically the engine coolant temperature senser)

got rebuilt heads online. Senders? Gonna check coolant sensor first thing in morning....seems like a lot of unrelated codes though?

The ect is between the compressor and alternator. P0117 means that the engine is will run super rough until up to temperature. The error indicates that the sender has failed, or is not plugged in.
