Default Rotor discard Thickness - Range Rover HSE 2005

My brake light went on. I thought i needed to replace the back pads since I replaced the front ones 8 months ago.
When I first bought the car, I was told by the dealer that I needed to replace all pads and all rotors which I know now is a bunch of BS.

So I thought I was giong to have to replace my back pads this time and they are telling me I need front and back rotors and pads. I don't buy it. I'm getting rid of this car in 10,000 miles when my extended warranty, which didn't cover much since i have a $650 90,000 service (to replace oil and air filters?!) coming up in the next month or so.

What is the minimum ROTOR thickness? I have had no problems with breaking, shaking, just a note that the light was on.
Supposedly my front rotor is at 26.6 and my back at 10.2.
I was told minimum front was 27 and back was 10.4. Seems like I could get away with keeping the back if that's the case and just getting the pads.

Thoughts? Are these specs even right? You can't get a manual online for free or this information anywhere from what I could tell and my car is in the shop with the manual in it.
Thanks.
