Are parts for these engines readily available? Are they compatible with other 3.5 rover engines?

Welcome to the forums.
I have seen a 3.5L in a little sports car, English
dual carbs but can not remember what it was.
I was told by the owner that it was a Rover motor
but to what extent parts are interchangeable I don't know.
Most parts for the 3.5L will have to come from the U.K. but can
be had.

 

1981 Triumph TR8 had the 3.5L V8 Rover motor.

 

So what parts are you looking for?
The engine has been out in many versions for years and you should be able to find most stuff.
