Default Screaming Noise

Out of nowhere my 08 LR2 starts this whistle/scream steady high pitched noise when it warms up. Quietens down when I apply throttle. It’s coming from under the hood somewhere. I can’t pin point the noise due to its so loud and my ears go numb tryin to find a leak of any sort. The belt is new and in good position.
any help is appreciated

I would maybe check the PVC valve to see if it's bad . It's part of the valve cover part # LR023777

Thanks. It’s not throwing any codes. Quiet long enough to get to town, go in the store and crank it to hear this ear piercing noise. What would make the Cover make it. I thought a leak but no codes. Sorry I’m a new mechanic🤣

Default screaming noise

Diaphragm inside the valve goes bad and causes vacuum leak.
