Default Shaking at 45 mph

I have a 2002 Land Rover Discovery SE7 and the steering wheel is shaking at 45 mph. Not at 40, or 50, just at 45. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks Jon

i drive a '99 disco 2 and I get a shimmy at exactly 50 mph. i thought it was a tire balancing issue but i fear it may be a front end issue. I could use an answer on that as well.

Had the same problem years ago on a plymouth fury and it was the front wheels needed to re-balanced. You may want to start there.

Let's start with you thinking and checking what it might be, neither of you 2 are going to learn anything about your truck till you start trying to find the really simple issues.
Get back to us with what you have done/found and if you still need help, we will jump in.

did you have a tire change lately? If yes. Try check your wheel alignment. I got that problem before. When I go too slow its fine but when I reach my average speed it will shake forcing me to go faster to stop shaking.
