Default Siren Noise when stopped - Disco II

When my Disco II is idling at a stop, a siren noise starts, then stops, then starts, etc. What is it and how can I fix it?

Go open the hood while the engine is running and give us some help.

Mike,

I speak Thinglish. I believe the gentlemen is referring to the secondary air injector! Not sure if these babies were just on the sunny California models like mine...
