Sound at startup

Default Sound at startup

I recently started hearing a sound right at startup whhen cold. It sounds like a pump? coming from behind the glove box in the engine compartment.. any ideas?? any info on how to fix it??

anyone?? It runs great, just a sound like a pump for about 25 seconds when cold and thats it..

Do you have secondary air as one of your emission control devices, look for a air pump/fan on the passanger side of the engines firewall?

For your secondary air to help push exhaust back thru the engine to be reburned.
