Speed drop at 30mph

Hi! My beloved 06-lr3 had a new battery put in yesterday and won’t accelerate above 30 mph. Otherwise, it has a new compressor and rising and lowering fine. Any information would be greatly appreciated:-)

Any warning messages other than the 30mph restriction? Check engine light?

The only warning was reduced engine performance. Which has happened in the past but never resulted in anything that caused it to drive differently.
