Default Spots inside instrument cluster covers

Is there a way to pop out the cluster covers on the speedometer and tachometer to clean the inside of the plastic covers? There are spots that are driving me crazy!

I'm pretty sure you can. It's been awhile since I took one apart.

*EDIT*
Yes you can. Here is a old pic of mine torn apart when I added LEDs.

Do you have any pictures of the cluster at night with lights on and leds in?
I have put leds in dash and guage lights in other vehicles.
Some look good, others have "hot spots" where they are very bright in one area, and dim in others, and the style and shape of the led used does matter.
I would like to eventually change my D2 dash and guages to blue leds, but do not want them if they are still blindingly bright when dimmed to the lowest setting.
I also would only be changing the guage bulbs, not the warning light bulbs.
Thanks for any info.

Here you go. Before and after and they are dimmable.

Yikes to the first pictures...maybe I can get my husband to do it for me! LOVE the led's in the dash. I have a 2017, my instrument cluster is different, I have a digital cluster (?) in the middle. Thank you so much!
