Default Starter For 10... Can anyone identify this pipe!

Got water leaking from what looks like some sort of overflow pipe on my Freelander 2002 TD4 2L, can't work out what it overflows from as no obvious loss of water, hoping someone can help me out

AC drain (cold water)? There are not many things that drip water without it being a problem. Body cavity drain? Vent line for axle, tranny, etc.?

It's definitely just cold water, AC drain sounds like a strong possibility as been using it loads with all the hot weather, cheers for advice!
