Default Starting help

I have a 1994 Discovery, manual shift. It starts all the time except now that it is very cold. 0*F to 20*F. I went to leave work yesterday morning and it wouldnt start. I would turn the key and all I got was a noise from under the dash on the passengers side. So I left it till later in the day and after it had set in the sun it started right up first try. Now this morning it did the same thing. I am searching for an answer!

Thanks for the help in advance.
Larry

Start with cleaning and reconnecting the battery cables, if that doesn't work, get it jump started and go down to Auto Zone or any local parts store and have them run a free battery/alternator test.

Then pull the battery and take it down to be tested.

Was actually water in a relay under the dash that had frozen. Once it thawed it started. Fixed leak around windshield so it wouldn't happen again.
