Default Steering judder

whilst driving my '96 Range Rover P38 4.6 HSE all is fine until i brake. i.e. when braking from say 70MPH its ok until i hit 55MPH. Then the steering shakes/ judders horriffically until i reach 45MPH and it's ok again. similar problem when accelarating, when i acc. hard its ok but if I'm just building up speed, again it starts at 45MPH and stops shaking at 55MPH!

Please help!!!!!!!
