Tailgate Window

Can anybody please help with this Freelander[/b] problem? Approximately 3 weeks ago the tailgate window started working backwards when you pushed the up switch the window went down and visa versa also the rear window wiper stopped working. We were told that it needed recalibration and removed the battery, now the window no longer works at all up or down from the switches, key or the fob and the glass is stuck on the outside of the vehicle. When the switch is pressed up or down there are four (4) beeps and nothing happens. If you hold your hand on the relays above the rear arch they can be felt clicking on and off, if you hold your hand on the window motor inside the tailgate a click can also be felt. Any ideas on how this can be rectified or resolved would be very much appreciated.[X(]

if you disconnect the batt and let it sit for about 5 minutes, and then hook it back up, when you turn the key back on the glass should go back down, soundslike you already did that though
