Default TC light on DISCO 2

I've been slowly fixing up my discovery, got the ACE system working again, since I've bought it the TC light has been on, I've drove it to a steep hill and seems like only tires in front were spinning, is there an obvious cause, no other lights are on but the TC light. Any tips to try would be great

With the traction control light on the traction control will not work, nor will the ABS in most cases.
Many things can cause this, these are some of the hardest issues to diagnosis.
If the TC worked your wheels would not spin.

In the Brake section.

Here a some of the pages. Note that one thing that can keep light on is center diff lock on. You'll want to be sure all lamps come on at power up self test, because combination of lamps displayed later is important. Some previous owners "disco"nnected or painted over lamps.

You need to get your codes read by a mechanic that has a test book or other scanner that has Rover software. How do you know you have a wheel bearing/hub failing?

Its stared to have a humming noise from the front passenger side, from my experience with other vehicule this is my thoughts, its my first discovery so I could be wrong, I tried hammering the brakes a few times today but ABS is not working, the light works when I start vehicule but in fact it doesnt work. Brakes and rotors are new.

You have a bad hub assembly.
Replace it, have the codes cleared.
