Terrible service - Land Rover Merriam Parts
I've bought from these guys before but this time has been horrible. First off, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I wasted 2 business days just trying to place a stupid order with them because it wouldn't take my credit card on their website. The site said something about the zip codes not matching up. I've had this card for 5 years and never have any troubles with it and routinely make purchases. Everything I entered in the site was correct. Well, I have to keep calling to try to make a purchase and finally I am able to. By this point I've already wasted a couple of days because I can't reach anyone. I wanted to have the parts Friday so that I can install them over the weekend. I paid for 2 day shipping and told the guy my intentions (AKA, need this Friday). Well Friday comes and no shipment. I call them and they say that if it doesn't come by Tuesday to call them back. I sent an email asking for a tracking number and never got a response. I never even got any kind of confirmation email.
Today (Tuesday, 4 days after the parts were to arrive) - no parts. Try to call - no answer. Send another email. If all you do is send parts, why is it so difficult to do on time and with a tracking number? I do it all the time!! What has got me so riled up, is that I need this part replaced before a 6 day trip tomorrow.
I'm just letting everyone know not to get your hopes up with these guys. Very disappointing!
