After I opened the Head to changer the Gasket of the bolt's thread in the block came out with the bolt, please advice the best solution what to do with, shall I replace the bolt with a stud?

Spelling may not be correct but you need to put a heli-coil in the bad hole.
You know you have to replace all the head bolts with new ones?
